Introducing Amber Francis, our new Head Chef!

I am absolutely thrilled to be working with Christ’s College Finchley this September. After ten years of experience in the restaurant industry working at the finest establishments, including The Ritz, as well as competing in prestigious competitions such as representing England in a culinary event and competing in last year’s Great British Menu series, I am delighted to be following my heart into this next role. To be able to work closely with a local community and share my knowledge and passion for food and cooking is a privilege. We have some very big aspirations for school meals and food based education at CCF and cannot wait to see what can be achieved together with pupils, staff and the kitchen team!
